Hi! I'm Shelia. I help women find balance by achieving optimal health in all aspects of their life. 
For years I struggled with my health. I have experienced firsthand what it feels like to live a life that is out of balance. I have faced many challenges in my life, but despite all of the challenges I faced I found the strength and courage to overcome.

It was due to my own health challenges that I decided to become a Certified Health and Fitness Coach. As a coach, I bring real-world experiences and my expertise to help my clients overcome the things holding them back. I listen with an open heart, believe in my clients, and cheer and encourage them on while they take steps toward a healhier, happier self.
